Rao Sultana is the Managing Director of Mumbai Film Institute (MFI), belongs to media she also honored with the title of Shan-e-Awadh by Uttar Pradesh govt. and honored by the Mumbai CM as a model for the campaigning of the Clean Mumbai. She has 25-year experience in the film industry since 1997. She has deep working knowledge for film making (Creative as well as Technical) in the medium of television & Channel and film industry. She produced and directs so many documentary films for the government department as well as private Educational Institutes. 

Rao Aelbeena is a director of Mumbai Film Institute (MFI), she is a double graduate & belongs to a legal background, and she has done her masters in Law from Lucknow University.

She has a good command of audio-video editing and special effects. Her ideas helped Mumbai Film Institute (MFI) for achieving their goals, and do something different and exclusive.

She is giving technical & legal support to MFI Institute, and she expertise in intellectual property.
