Rao Sultana is Director of Mumbai Film Institute (MFI), belongs to media she also honored with the title of Shan-e-Awadh by Uttar Pradesh govt. and honored by the Mumbai CM as a model for the campaigning of the Clean Mumbai. 

She has 25-year experience in the film industry since 1997.

She has deep working knowledge for film making (Creative as well as Technical) in the medium of television & Channel and film industry.

She produced and directs so many documentary films for the government department as well as private Educational Institutes.
